Every year thousands of these highly skilled and highly motivated men and women return to the civilian job market. HRSS is committed to tackling this challenge of employment head on with the launch of VIT.

VIT Overview
The VIT program is a program conceived by and for military veterans and their families. The program is a separate division of H. R. Strategies and Solutions, a service disabled owned and managed full service human resource and professional services company. Those working in the VIT division bring years of experience and expertise in areas of program development, employment law, staffing and recruitment services, training, veteran programs, and counseling. Our customizable solutions allow you to choose from Temporary, Long-Term or Direct Placement options. Regardless of your Choice, we will ensure that our employees are right for the job and have the skills you require. VIT is a unique and exclusive provided at no cost to veterans, National Guard and Reserve, military spouses and war-wounded caregivers looking to find the perfect job. VIT is organized in three phases: Job Matching, Temporary Placement and Converting the temporary placement to permanent employment.
