Level one: Flat referral fee – You supply the job descriptions and for each position we will advertise through our extensive Veteran in Transitions Network , we will then provide your company with up to 5 qualified resumes – If a candidate is hired you pay one flat referral fee. A great service for small and mid-sized businesses who are able to gain access to highly qualified candidates at a fraction of the cost.
Level two: Temp to Perm: In addition to the services provided in Level One, we also conduct a comprehensive vetting process, to include a two level interview, and the candidates remain on HRSS’s rolls.
Level Three: Direct Hire, full service screening Under our unique business approach to staffing we are prepared to work with small to large businesses, by offering a customized approach designed to ensure they receive the most qualified, and well vetted candidates. We are positioned to provide clearance validation, background examination, drug testing, qualification verification, reference and credit checks.
